When I read this story I could not stop crying about theses CH babies. My heart goes out to Sabastian's foster Mom. She must of been so loving with her. I live on a ranch 10 acers with my horses. Before I moved I stable my horses there was this homeless cat I brought feed to her everyday and showed her love So when me and my husband decided to move I took her with us. At the time I knew she was pregnate but still took her. So I waited and feed her and showed her love she slept in my barn because she was
an outside cat before i met her. She had her 5 kittens and was a great mom but when the kittens were about 4 weeks old something happened to her she did not come back to feed the kittens.
So I started to bottle feed them and they were so little but they were hers and I loved her so much.
and wanted to save them to give them a chance to live. After me feeding them until they were 6 weeks I have fibromalgia and in pain all the time so my husband took them to the No kill animal shelter where we live and gave them a donation to help I was so upset. I give donations to alot of
animal shelters for alot of animals not just kittens and dogs I give to horses to. I am a true animal lover its in the heart and the love and the care you give them all their lives. Thanks for listening to my story. if I had the plans for the carts for the CH cats to get along in I know that I could build some for the kittens for them get around in .

again thank you for listening

Sadly, sweet Sebastian, one of our CH kittens, passed early Tuesday morning. Her spirit was so strong and if sheer will and determination were enough she would still be with us. Unfortunately, her little body could not overcome the complications that came with an additional neurological problem that unexpectedly arouse and progressed rapidly. She passed peacefully in the arms of the person she loved most, Tabitha, her foster mom.

She was with us for only 3 months but in that brief time she inspired us in unimaginable ways. In her honor, we will continue to promote awareness and understanding of CH with the hope that other cats and kittens like Sebastian will make it out of the shelters and in to loving homes where they will have the opportunity to love and inspire and amaze...just like Sebastian did.

Sebastian will be missed beyond words but "To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die".

We will miss you sweet Sebastian. We learned so much from you about special need kitties and how wonderful they can be. Sebastian brought many people and rescue groups together for her cause. For a tiny kitten, she knew how to make a big difference.
